Furnishings, home decor, electronics, clothing and other items recently were stolen from a storage unit at A-1 Storage in the 300 block of Schneider Drive in the Fenton area. The theft occurred between noon March 10 and 9:30 a.m. March 11, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reports.
The culprit cut a lock on the door to get inside the unit and stole more than 30 items. In addition to the furnishings, home decor and clothing, stolen items included an iPhone, iPad and radio. Altogether, the items were valued at more than $9,000, the report said.
As of March 23, none of the stolen items had been recovered. There were no suspects or arrests either, said Cpl. Matthew Moore. He asks anyone with information about the theft to call the Sheriff’s Office tip line at 636-797-5515.
