The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a recent theft of more than $4,000 in equipment from a shed in the 1000 block of Wolf Hollow Road in Imperial. The theft happened between 5 p.m. July 17 and 4:30 p.m. July 18, the report said.
Someone broke off a lock on the shed door to get inside. Stolen items included a commercial mower, a trimmer, a hand blower and an air compressor. In all, the items were valued at $4,010, according to the report.
As of Aug. 3, none of the stolen items had been recovered and no arrests had been made, Sgt. Matthew Moore said. He asks anyone with information about the theft to call the Sheriff’s Office Detective Bureau at 636-797-5515.
