The Sheriff’s Office got a call about someone rummaging through vehicles on Sparrow Point Lane in unincorporated Fenton, but it looked like items were missing from just one vehicle. About $1,770 in items were reported stolen from the unlocked vehicle, which was parked in the 1600 block of Sparrow Point Lane, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
The theft happened Dec. 11, and the victim told deputies clothing, shoes, jewelry, bedding, cash, gift cards and movies were stolen from her 2013 Jeep Patriot. As of Dec. 16, none of the stolen items had been recovered, and no suspects had been identified, Sheriff’s Office spokesman Grant Bissell said.
