A member of St. David Catholic Church allegedly saw a man with his pants down and touching himself while the man was sitting in an SUV outside of the Arnold church. St. David is located at 2322 Tenbrook Road.
Arnold Police were called at about 6:30 p.m. July 23 to the church. The woman said she had left the church to go to her van. She reported the man was in what appeared to be a Ford Explorer that was parked next to her, the report said.
She said the man talked to her, and he had his pants down and was touching himself. She said she ran into the church screaming for help, and the man drove away from St. David, according to the report.
The man in the SUV is described as being between 20 and 30 years old and having black curly hair. As of July 27, the man has not been identified, Detective Lt. Jeremy Christopher said.
