Arnold Police are trying to identify a man who was seen in surveillance video stealing a concrete saw from a construction company’s pickup while it was parked in the lumber-loading area at Home Depot, 3865 Vogel Road.
Officers were called about 4 p.m. Dec. 22 to the store by a Builder’s Bloc Contracting employee. The employee said the Husqvarna saw was stolen from the bed of a 2020 GMC Sierra, the report said.
Surveillance video allegedly showed a man stealing the saw. The man then left the area in a dark-colored Dodge Ram, according to the report.
The man in the video was wearing tan pants, a dark long-sleeve shirt and baseball hat, the report said.
Arnold Police did not report the value of the stolen saw.
As of Monday, the saw had not been recovered, and the man in the video had not been identified, Detective Lt. Jeremy Christopher said. He asks anyone with information about the theft to call the Arnold Police at 636-296-3204.
