The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of a van that belongs to Exceed Limo, a limo and party bus rental company based in St. Louis. The van, which has decals that say “EXCEED LIMO” on its sides, was valued at $30,000, the Sheriff’s Office reported.
The 2002 Ford Econoline E-450 van was parked on a lot in the 4100 block of Jeffco Boulevard south of Arnold when it went missing the evening of Nov. 17. The company contacted the Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 18 after it determined the van was not being driven by an employee or being worked on by a mechanic, the report said.
As of Nov. 19, the van had not been recovered, and no suspects had been identified, spokesman Grant Bissell said.
