shattered window

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating damage to a car parked outside a home in the 4500 block of Gravois Road in High Ridge. It looked like someone threw a landscaping block through the car’s rear window and used a key to scratch the exterior, the Sheriff’s Office reported.

The incident occurred between about 11 p.m. June 13 and 1:30 a.m. June 14. The damage to the black 2007 BMW 328xi was estimated at $3,520, the report said.

As of June 23, no suspects had been identified, Sheriff’s Office spokesman Grant Bissell said. He asks anyone with information about the incident to call the Sheriff’s Office at 636-797-5515.
