Arnold Police recently arrested a 36-year-old Kirkwood man for property damage after his pickup was found stuck in mud at Arnold City Park.
At 11:16 a.m. Jan. 20, an officer discovered the pickup abandoned at the park. It had been driven off road and as a result, got stuck in the mud, Arnold Police Capt. Robert Ruckman said.
After the pickup was towed away, the owner contacted Arnold Police, and he was taken into custody, the report said.
The man was booked and released on summonses to appear in Municipal Court for property damage and driving where prohibited, Ruckman said.
