A 24-year-old Imperial woman, a prior offender, was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop in Arnold. The woman was pulled over at 2:37 a.m. June 13 at Jeffco Boulevard and Hickory Square Parkway, Arnold Police reported.
An Arnold Police officer allegedly spotted the woman swerving between lanes and pulled her over. She appeared intoxicated but refused to take a breath test, the report said.
The woman was booked and released to a sober driver. Since the woman had at least one prior DWI, Arnold Police will seek charges against her through the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, Lt. Clinton Wooldridge said.
