He pleaded guilty in November 2020 to a felony drug possession charge tied to a December 2018 incident in High Ridge and was sentenced to 10 years in prison. That sentence also was suspended, and he was placed on five years’ probation, according to court papers.

In addition, Gray pleaded guilty in August 2016 to felony manufacturing drugs in connection with a December 2014 incident in Cedar Hill and was sentenced to 10 years in prison. He was released from prison in March 2018 after completing a long-term treatment program and was placed on five years’ probation, court records indicate.

Jefferson County Div. 1 Circuit Judge Joseph Rathert executed the three prior sentences on Dec. 8 after Gray violated the probation. The three sentences will be served concurrently, or at the same time, according to court documents.
