The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a burglary at a home in the 4400 block of West Four Ridge Road in High Ridge. It looked like the culprit broke a window to get inside the home and then stole copper pipe, copper wire and two air-conditioning units, the report said.

The burglary was reported July 29 and happened sometime over the previous month. The property damage and the stolen items were estimated at more than the $750 felony amount, Sheriff’s Office spokesman Grant Bissell said.

As of Aug. 4, the stolen items had not been recovered, and no suspects had been identified, Bissell said. He asks anyone with information about the burglary to call the Sheriff’s Office at 636-797-5515.
