Guns and medication recently were stolen from a home in the 3600 block of East Dry Fork Lane in Imperial. The burglary was reported May 7, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reports.
The victim told deputies he arrived at the home and found the back door open, and when he got inside, he noticed that kitchen drawers were open and papers were lying on the bedroom, the report said.
Stolen items included two Glock 9mm guns, two bottles of prescription medication and a black safe. Altogether the items were valued at $1,500, according to the report.
None of the stolen items had been recovered as of May 12, Cpl. Matthew Moore said. He said there were no suspects or arrests either. Anyone with information about the burglary is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office tip line at 636-797-5515.
