A black 9mm Taurus pistol was stolen from an unlocked pickup parked at a home in the 600 block of Washington Street in Arnold. The theft occurred at about 1:30 a.m. Sept. 2, Arnold Police reported.
The gun was stolen from a 2011 Ford F-150. The gun was valued at $230, according to the report.
Surveillance video showed four people getting out of an SUV on the street and checking door handles on vehicles parked in the area. As of Sept. 16, however, no suspect has been identified, and the gun had not been recovered, Lt. Clinton Wooldridge said.
