Thieves stole musical instruments and other items valued at about $4,800 from a home in the 4000 block of Demaree Street in House Springs. The theft was reported at about 7 p.m. Dec. 6, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported.
The victim told deputies he noticed the items had been stolen after he returned to his house and discovered a window at the rear of the house broken. Stolen items included a Schecter seven-string guitar, a PRS guitar, an amplifier head and a shotgun, the report said.
As of Dec. 13, none of the stolen items had been recovered and there were no arrests, Sgt. Matthew Moore of the Sheriff’s Office said. He asks anyone with information about the burglary to call the Sheriff’s Office at 636-797-5515.
