Arnold Police are seeking a property damage charge against a 22-year-old Arnold man who allegedly kicked a back door off its hinges at the KFC restaurant, 1436 Jeffco Blvd. The suspect is a former employee at the restaurant and allegedly damaged the door after a dispute with his boss, Lt. Clinton Wooldridge said.
The incident happened about 6:30 p.m. May 24, when the man reportedly became upset while he was working at the restaurant and was told to stop what he was doing and do something else. He allegedly knocked over trash cans and kicked open the back door, causing about $100 in damage, the report said.
Wooldridge said Arnold Police will seek a charge against the man through the Arnold Municipal Court for second-degree property damage.
