Festus Police are investigating the theft of a recreational vehicle parked behind Chip’s 66 gas station and convenience store, 1245 American Legion Drive, Chief Tim Lewis reported.
“It (the theft) was reported (April 16),” Lewis said. “It’s a 2004 Fleetwood, white. It was stolen sometime over the last week.”
The victim is a 54-year-old Festus man.
As of April 17, the RV had not been recovered and no suspects had been identified, Lewis said April 17. Anyone with information is urged to call Festus Police at 636-937-3646.
