Pevely Police are seeking a 29-year-old Fenton woman suspected of stealing a Pevely woman’s credit card. The suspect allegedly used the stolen card to make a number of purchases, Chief Mark Glenn said.
He said the victim, a 29-year-old Pevely woman, said that on Feb. 7 she discovered her credit card was missing from her wallet. Upon checking her accounts on Feb. 19, she discovered someone had used the credit card to purchase items at a local gas station, and she reported the theft to police.
Police obtained surveillance footage and identified the Fenton woman as a suspect. As of Feb. 22, no arrests had been made, Glenn said.
