Jeremy R. Plack, 39, of Eureka allegedly assaulted a woman on consecutive days at a Eureka home. He and the woman were in a romantic relationship, according to court documents.
Plack has been charged with second-degree domestic assault, a class D felony punishable by up to seven years in prison, and third-degree domestic assault, a class E felony that carries a penalty of up to four years in prison, court records said.
As of Dec. 10, he was being held on a $75,000 bond at the St. Louis County Jail. A bond reduction hearing was scheduled for today, Dec. 16, court documents said.
According to the case’s probable-cause statement, Plack and the woman were arguing Dec. 6, and he allegedly kicked her legs several times.
On Dec. 7, the two argued again, Plack allegedly pinned the woman to a bed and hit her in the face multiple times. When police were called to the home after this alleged attack, the woman had a broken tooth, blood on her face and bruises on her legs, the report said.
