Arnold Police are investigating the theft of 25 keys from a man’s unlocked car outside the Together Credit Union, which the man was contracted to clean. The keys were stolen while the man was inside cleaning the credit union, 1334 Jeffco Blvd., and the keys belonged to the cleaner’s clients, police reported.
The victim, a 34-year-old St. Louis man, told investigators the keys were inside a bag that was stolen between about 10:50-11:10 p.m. March 8. The keys were valued at about $50, the report said.
Arnold Police were not aware of the keys being used to get inside and steal from any of the cleaner’s clients, Detective Lt. Jeremy Christopher said.
He said the keys had not been recovered and no suspects had been identified as of March 14. Anyone with information about the theft to call Arnold Police at 636-296-3204.
