A man’s 1986 Chevrolet Cavalier was spray-painted between 3 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Oct. 9 when it was parked at Rally’s, 1 Fox Valley Center, Arnold Police reported.
The Cavalier had a snaking line painted through the driver’s side doors, and there was a graphic image and a curse word painted on the car’s rear panel. The man told authorities he didn’t think anyone was mad at him and didn’t know why someone would do that to his car, police reported.
The damage was estimated at $300, the report said.
As of Oct. 26, there were no suspects, and Arnold Police had not received reports of similar incidents in the area, Lt. Tom Leassner said. Anyone with information should call Arnold Police at 636-269-3204.
