Eureka Police are searching for a gray 2014 BMW X3 stolen from the Six Flags parking lot. The SUV was valued at about $20,000, police reported.
The victim, a 47-year-old Centralia, Ill., woman, told police that at about 3:30 p.m. Oct. 3, she noticed her keys missing while she was inside the amusement park. Then, at about 5:30 p.m., she returned to where she had parked the SUV, and it was gone, the report said.
As of Oct. 11, the SUV had not been recovered, and no suspects had been identified, Lt. Michael Werges said. Anyone with information about the incident should call Eureka Police at 636-938-6600.
