Arnold Police recently arrested a woman and three men for living at a home in the 3200 block of Lakeview Crossing that had been deemed uninhabitable, the report said.
At 9:19 p.m. March 9, Arnold Police got a report that the people were living in tents outside the home and going in and out of it. When officers arrived, they found a 51-year-old woman, as well as the men, one 34, one 37 and one 53, Detective Lt. James Jones said.
Previously, building inspectors from the city’s Community Development Department had inspected the home, found structural problems and told the people to vacate the home, Jones said.
The woman and the 37-year-old man already were wanted on outstanding warrants. The woman was wanted in Arnold, and the man in Jefferson County, both for traffic violations, the report said.
The 34-year-old and 53-year-old men were issued summonses to appear in Arnold Municipal Court for an occupancy permit violation and then released at the scene. The woman and 37-year-old man were taken into custody, booked, issued summonses and held for the agencies that wanted them, Jones said.
