An Arnold teenager allegedly used spray paint to write antisemitic slurs and paint satanic symbols on the brick siding of Exchange Church. Arnold Police have forwarded the second-degree property damage case to juvenile authorities, Detective. Cpl. Josh Wineinger said.
Because the male suspect is under the age of 18, Arnold Police are not releasing his age but Wineinger said the suspect is high school age.
Church representatives told police the damage occurred between about 5 p.m. Oct. 30 and 12:30 p.m. Oct. 31. The estimated cost to clean the graffiti was $300, the report said.
Investigators found the teenager at his nearby home on Nov. 1. They did not arrest the juvenile after talking with him, Wineinger said.
