A 13-year-old Arnold male allegedly was choked by a 34-year-old Foristell man after riding the Fireball roller coaster at Six Flags. The incident happened about 3:55 p.m. Sept. 17 at the park, 4900 Six Flags Road, Eureka Police reported.
During the ride, the teenager and man were arguing with each other, and the teen allegedly spit on the 34-year-old. After the ride stopped, the two got into an argument, and when the teen tried to walk away, the man allegedly grabbed him from behind and started to choke him and scratched his neck, a report said.
The teen was treated at the park, and the man was issued a summons to appear in Eureka Municipal Court for assault, Eureka Police Lt. David Wilson said.
