Arnold Police are looking for a man who allegedly stole a Lexus from Auto Centers of Arnold, 1163 Jeffco Blvd., while test driving the car.
At about 3 p.m. April 12, the man test drove a white 2006 Lexus RX400 valued at about $15,900 and didn’t return it, Arnold Police report.
Its dealer license plate number was D2551-AT.
The man left a driver’s license with the dealership, but police don’t know if the information matches up with the man who took the car, Arnold Police Capt. Robert Ruckman said.
The license is for a 31-year-old St. Louis man, who is wanted on an outstanding warrant for stealing a motor vehicle, Ruckman said.
He said the Lexus had not been recovered and there were no arrests as of April 16.
