Arnold Police are investigating the fraudulent use of a credit card at Home Depot, 3865 Vogel Road. The victim’s credit card was used multiple times to purchase $983.98 worth of merchandise, police reported.
A store employee contacted the police on Nov. 28 after a 42-year-old Wentzville man said he did not purchase anything from that location nor did he give anyone permission to use his credit card. The man told investigators that he had the credit card and did not know how someone would have gotten his card’s information, the report said.
As of Dec. 8, no suspects had been identified, Detective Lt. Jeremy Christopher said.
