Arnold Police recently arrested a 21-year-old St. Louis man who allegedly was involved in a fight on the Dairy Queen parking lot, 1959 Richardson Road, in Arnold, Arnold Police report.
Officers were called to the scene at about 12:45 a.m. June 28, after the restaurant was closed, Arnold Police Capt. Robert Ruckman said.
He said several people were there drinking and a fight broke out.
When officers arrived, the 21-year-old allegedly wouldn’t comply with their orders and threatened them, Ruckman said.
The man was booked and then released on summonses to appear in Municipal Court for peace disturbance, failure to comply and intimidating a city official, the report said.
