Arnold Police arrested a 31-year-old Florida man for suspicion of driving while intoxicated. An officer stopped the van the man was driving after allegedly seeing the man swerving on Jeffco Boulevard, police reported.
The officer on June 7 stopped a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country van that the man was driving on Jeffco Boulevard near Church Road. The officer allegedly saw the man cross the center and shoulder lane lines multiple times while traveling south on the road, the report said.
The man allegedly was too impaired to perform sobriety tests and was arrested. He was taken to the Police Station, where he was booked and released to a sober driver, according to the report.
The man was issued summonses to appear in Arnold Municipal Court for alleged DWI and lane violations, Detective Lt. Jeremy Christopher said.
