A 34-year-old Eureka woman recently was arrested for alleged possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia at the McDonald’s restaurant in the Arnold Crossroads complex at Hwy. 141 and Jeffco Boulevard, Arnold Police report
The 23-year-old Eureka man she was with was arrested for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia. In addition, the man was wanted by the state for being “a parole absconder,” and he was wanted in Jefferson County on a felony warrant for possession of a controlled substance, Arnold Police Capt. Bill Bonsack said.
At 9:58 p.m. March 24, Arnold Police got a call that the man wanted on warrants was at the McDonald’s restaurant, and officers found him there, along with the woman, Bonsack said.
The woman was booked and released pending application for warrants. Depending on results from the drug analysis, Arnold Police will seek felony drug charges against her through the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, Bonsack said.
The man was booked, issued a summons to appear in Arnold Municipal Court for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia and then held for the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, Bonsack said.
