Arnold Police recently arrested a 29-year-old De Soto man found slumped at the wheel in a vehicle stopped in the traffic lane at Old Lemay Ferry Road and Strawberry Ridge Drive.
At 6:52 p.m. June 3, the man was found passed out in the vehicle and he said he had low blood sugar, Arnold Police Capt. Robert Ruckman said.
The man allegedly was driving with a revoked license, the report said.
In addition, the man allegedly was found with drug paraphernalia, according to the report.
He was booked and issued summonses to appear in Arnold Municipal Court for driving with a revoked license and possession of drug paraphernalia, Ruckman said.
