A 32-year-old Arnold man and a 35-year-old Arnold woman are facing charges for allegedly assaulting each other outside the Crosswinds Apartments in Arnold. The woman’s juvenile sons also allegedly assaulted the man, Arnold Police reported.
At about 10:15 p.m. May 27, Arnold Police got a call about a physical disturbance in the parking lot at the apartment complex on Crosswinds Drive. The man and woman allegedly had punched each other, and the woman’s 13-year-old and 15-year-old sons allegedly assaulted the man, the report said.
The man had bruises on his arms and hands, but he refused medical treatment. No injuries were reported for the woman or the two teenagers.
The man and woman were taken to the Police Station, where they were booked and released pending application for charges. The boys were released to a guardian, and that case will be forwarded to juvenile authorities, according to the report.
Arnold Police will seek charges against the adults through the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for third-degree assault, Detective Lt. Jeremy Christopher said.
