A 40-year-old Arnold man’s credit cards were stolen and used at multiple locations in Arnold. The credit cards had been in the man’s wallet, which was stolen from his pickup parked outside Dobb's Tire and Auto Center, 1354 Jeffco Blvd., where he works, Arnold Police reported.

The man arrived at the shop to work at about 6:30 a.m. Nov. 4. Then, at about 5:30 p.m., he realized someone had entered his unlocked 2003 Chevrolet S-10 and stolen tools and his wallet, which had two credit cards inside. The stolen items were valued at $587, the report said.

Later, authorities learned the credit cards had been used 16 times that day at multiple Arnold businesses, including grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants. A total of $1,000 was charged to the two credit cards, according to the report.

As of Nov. 14, the stolen items had not been recovered and no suspects had been identified, Lt. Clinton Wooldridge said.
