Arnold Police are investigating the theft of a 20-year-old Arnold man’s identity. The information was used to open a PayPal account, police reported.
The man discovered the account was opened in his name after he received notification from a collection agency that was trying to collect $149. The man did not know how his information was stolen, the report said.
As of May 21, no suspects had been identified, Detective Lt. Jeremy Christopher said.
