At about 1:30 a.m. Nov. 14, an officer stopped the man, who was driving a 2004 GMC Envoy in the 1900 block of Jeffco Boulevard. The officer said the man was showing signs of impairment and asked the man to perform field sobriety tests, the report said.

The man allegedly failed the field tests. He also provided a breath sample, which allegedly registered a .134 percent blood-alcohol content, according to the report.
