A 49-year-old Arnold man and a 33-year-old House Springs woman recently were arrested in Arnold. At 1:05 a.m. Feb. 22, Arnold Police got a call about a suspicious person in the 2400 block of Birch Lane and found the man there walking around with a flashlight, Detective Lt. James Jones said.
The woman was inside a parked vehicle the two had arrived in, and she allegedly was found with a syringe filled with a liquid believed to be a controlled substance, Jones said.
He said both the man and woman were wanted on outstanding warrants. The man was wanted in Jefferson County for DWI, and the woman in St. Louis County for stealing.
The two suspects were booked and held for the other law enforcement agencies that wanted them. Depending on results from drug analysis, Arnold Police wills seek charges against the woman through the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, Jones said.
