A 46-year-old Arnold man may be charged with disturbing the peace for allegedly shouting profanities at relatives of a man who apparently committed suicide outside a home in the 200 block of Boeing Drive, Arnold Police reported.
At 10:57 p.m. April 9, a 69-year-old Arnold man was found dead from an apparent gunshot wound to the head outside the home. While the man’s wife and another relative were on the front lawn grieving, the 46-year-old man, who was a neighbor, allegedly drove by the home and shouted at the two people and drove away, the report said.
Lt. Tom Leassner said the wife told authorities her husband and the neighbor had a long-standing feud.
Leassner said the case has been referred to the Arnold municipal prosecuting attorney to determine if charges should be filed against the 46-year-old man.
