A 38-year-old Arnold man was cited for allegedly endangering a child after his 3-year-old son was found wandering along a street unattended. The boy was not harmed, Arnold Police reported.
At about 9:55 a.m. June 13, Arnold Police got a call about the boy walking alone in the 2200 block of Tenbrook Road. An officer quickly found the child, and after about an hour, the officer determined the child lived at a house on Morningside Lane, the report said.
The father said he had fallen asleep and didn’t know the boy had left the home, according to the report.
The man was released at the home and given a summons to appear in Arnold Municipal Court for endangering the welfare of a child. The case was forwarded to the Department of Family Services, Maj. Clinton Wooldridge said.
