A 35-year-old Arnold man was arrested after he was seen in surveillance video swimming in a pool at a home in the 500 block of Rockwood Drive. The homeowner, a 46-year-old Arnold woman, did not know the man, Arnold Police reported.
The woman contacted police at about 12:50 p.m. June 24 when she received an alert from her home surveillance camera. She said she could see a man swimming in her pool and she was not home, the report said.
When officers arrived, the man was no longer in the pool. However, they found the man a short time later in the area, according to the report.
The man was arrested and taken to the Police Station, where he was booked and released. Arnold Police issued the man a summons to appear in Arnold Municipal Court for alleged trespassing, Detective Lt. Jeremy Christopher said.
