A 23-year-old Arnold man recently was arrested for alleged possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia, Arnold Police report.
Officers arrested the man at 7:18 a.m. Jan. 21, after Arnold Police got a call from the man’s mother, who said he had drugs at a home in the 300 block of Rockview Circle, the report said.
The man allegedly had the heroin and paraphernalia “laying out in the open” at the home, Arnold Police Capt. Robert Ruckman said.
He said the man was booked and then released pending application for warrants.
Depending on results from the drug analysis, Arnold Police will seek felony drug possession charges against the man through the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office Ruckman said.
