A 27-year-old Arnold man was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated after he was found unconscious in an SUV stopped in the drive-thru lane at the McDonald’s restaurant, 130 Arnold Crossroads Center, Arnold Police reported.
Arnold Police got a call at about 1:20 a.m. March 14 about the man passed out inside a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox. When officers arrived, they woke up the man inside the running SUV, the report said.
The man did not perform field sobriety tests but was arrested because he appeared impaired. He was taken to the Police Station, where he was booked and released with a summons to appear in Arnold Municipal Court for DWI, Detective Lt. Jeremy Christopher said.
