Arnold Police got a call about a 22-year-old Arnold man acting strangely at the Steak ‘n Shake in the Arnold Crossroads complex and ended up arresting him for alleged possession of methamphetamine. The incident happened about 5:30 a.m. April 2, the report said.
The man reportedly had been in the restaurant bathroom for a long time, so restaurant personnel called Arnold Police. When officers arrived, they allegedly found the man with meth and drug paraphernalia, Lt. Tom Leassner said.
He said the man was booked and released pending application for warrants. Depending on results from the drug analysis, Arnold Police will seek charges against him through the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia, Leassner said.
