Amanda Christine Turner, 36, of Barnhart was allegedly found with methamphetamine following a traffic stop in Arnold. A female Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office deputy allegedly found meth in Turner’s bra, according to court documents.
Turner has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony punishable by up to seven years in prison. She was arrested on Nov. 3, and as of Nov. 5, she was being held on a $5,000 bond at the Jefferson County Jail in Hillsboro, court records show.
On Sept. 5, 2024, an Arnold Police officer stopped a Dodge Ram for not having license plates. Turner was in the front passenger’s seat, and she was arrested on active warrants, according to the case’s probable-cause statement.
Following the arrest, a female deputy was called to the scene, and the deputy allegedly found a baggie with a substance inside it, the report said.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol on Feb. 27 reported that the substance tested positive as meth, according to the report.
