The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of parts from three air-conditioning units outside Eagle Estates LLC on Executive Parkway in House Springs.
Between 10 a.m. Oct. 25 and 9 a.m. Oct. 27, someone dismantled the three units and stole components from them, causing $4,500 in damage, the Sheriff’s Office reported.
The units were on the east side of the building. Units on the west side were not tampered with, the report said.
As of Friday (Oct. 31), the parts had not been recovered, and there were no suspects or arrests, said Capt. Ron Arnhart of the Sheriff’s Office.
