The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of a camper worth $60,000 from a storage lot in the 500 block of East Outer 21 Road northwest of Arnold. The theft happened between June 1 and June 28, the Sheriff’s Office reported.
The victim told investigators the last time he had seen the camper was about two to three weeks prior to June 28 when he was driving on Hwy. 21 and passed by it, the report said.
The 2017 Prime Time Spartan camper is white with black stripes. As of July 19, it had not been recovered, Sheriff’s Office spokesman Grant Bissell said.
He also said no arrests had been made. Anyone with information is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 636-797-5515.
