The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) will close Herky Horine Road under I-55 in Pevely for a month starting at 7 a.m. Monday, May 11.
MoDOT announced the upcoming closure today, May 7, in a written statement saying that the closure is for work to reconstruct Herky Horine Road. Signage will guide drivers to detours.
The work is part of an estimated $246 million I-55 Corridor Improvements project that runs from just north of Pevely south to just south of Festus.
