The Brookdale Farms polling location, 8004 Twin River Road, off Hwy. W southeast of Eureka is accessible to voters, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported.
The Sheriff’s Office reported one lane on Twin River Road reopened at about 11:40 a.m. today, Nov. 5, and deputies were directing traffic to the polling location.
Floodwater had cut off access to most voters this morning.
Voters unable to access Brookdale Farms had been diverted to the Jefferson County Administration Building, 729 Maple St., in Hillsboro. The Sheriff’s Office reported Brookdale Farms polling location voters may still vote at the Administration Building.
