Pomme Creek Golf Course, 1 Golfview Drive, in Arnold reopened all 18 holes Aug. 7, after having some closed since mid-June because of flooding from backwaters of the Mississippi River.
Some greens were damaged by the flooding, so five of the course’s 18 holes have temporary greens. As a result, the city of Arnold, which owns the golf course, is offering discounted fees to play there until the damaged greens are restored.
So, it now will cost $20, including the use of a golf cart, to play 18 holes. Senior citizens may play for $18.
Starting on Friday, the golf course also will be open to those wanting to play soccer golf. It costs $10 a person to play 18 holes of soccer golf.
Some of the amenities at the 5,580-yard, par-70 golf course include a putting green, a chipping area, a snack bar, golf club rentals and golf cart rentals, including ADA-approved carts.
The course offers league play and can be reserved for golf and soccer golf tournaments, as well as birthday parties.
To reserve a tee time or soccer golf kick-off time or for more information, call the golf course at 636-296-4653.
