Arnold resident Wanda Wilkinson won a $274,000 jackpot in the Missouri Lottery’s Show Me Cash game.
Wilkinson said she purchased the ticket about a week ago and forgot about it until it “fell out of her purse,” the Lottery reported in a press release.
She said she then checked the numbers, from the July 27 drawing, and realized she was a big winner. Her winning numbers were 3, 6, 19, 27 and 31.
“I called my husband and told him to come home now,” she said.
Wilkinson purchased her winning ticket at Beck’s Mini Mart, 1227 Telegraph Road, in Arnold. She is the 469th Show Me Cash jackpot winner in the game.
“I’m going to pay bills and maybe take a vacation to Vegas,” she said.
Show Me Cash is an in-state daily Draw Game with jackpots that start at $50,000 and have reached as high as $988,000. So far in 2017, there have been 29 winning jackpot tickets with an average prize of more than $196,344.
