The city of Arnold will participate in Patriot Golf Day, holding a golf tournament on Friday, Aug. 29, at Pomme Creek Golf Course, 1 Golfview Drive, in Arnold.
Sign-in will begin at 7:30 a.m., and a shotgun start will be at 8:30 a.m.
Entry is $15 for veterans and $25 for others, which includes 18 holes of golf, use of a cart and lunch.
Proceeds will benefit the Folds of Honor Foundation, which funds scholarships for children and spouses of military men and women who are killed or disabled during their service to the country.
On Labor Day weekend over the past several years, golfers across the country have participated in tournaments or added money to their greens fees to benefit the foundation.
The organization has used the donations to fund more than 7,500 scholarships over the past seven years, according to its website.
