Eric and Dawn Bibbs of Arnold won the $1 million top prize in the Missouri Lottery’s “Money Money Millionaire” Scratchers game, the Missouri Lottery reported today.
The two purchased the $10 winning scratchers ticket from 7-Eleven, 3695 West Outer Road, in Arnold, the report said.
Jefferson County residents won more than $41.4 million in Missouri Lottery prizes in the last fiscal year, and retailers in the county have earned more than $3.1 million in commissions and bonuses for selling tickets, according to the report.
In addition, about $5.7 million went to education programs in the county, the report said.
